HOW TO BEGIN TESTING
Important Things To Note
- It is recommended that one of the first things you should do is familiarize yourself with your TP's requirements documents. These usually include: transaction types, formats, specifications, and business rules. You can access them from your Dashboard screen.
- All subsequent times you login, your landing screen will be Dashboard. This Dashboard will provide you with critical information of where you are in the overall testing process and what you should do next. It will be your starting point for testing, i.e. the next set of activities you need to complete. iKompli is flexible. You can always redo tests as necessary.
- Before you can begin Compliance Testing you must take a few steps to prepare. You cannot begin testing unless you take these first steps. Start by selecting a Trading Partner (TP). There is no particular order in which you must choose to begin with.
- However, you may be obligated by one or more of your TPs to follow a preset testing schedule. Testing target dates and deadlines may be stipulated by one or more of your TPs.
